Logistics Challenge

Recently, a customer that imports crates from India via DHL Express and Preferred Shipping experienced a hold up at the DHL facility. This is not a common occurrence but the customer called his sales rep, Regis, to help solve the problem since the customer was out of town. 


Preferred Network Solution

Regis immediately worked with the customer to get the right documentation and drove it over to the DHL hub in person. After the crates were released to Regis, he coordinated and accompanied a River Oaks Couriers truck to deliver them to their final destination so they got their on time.
